How can i get rid of piles at home?

Been having some discomfort lately, especially when sitting for long hours. My father also had piles, so I'm wondering if there are any effective ways to manage this at home. It's becoming a bit difficult to focus on work.

Look, home remedies can only give you temporary relief, so don't stretch this too long. First, completely stop eating spicy street food and maida items for a few weeks, and drink plenty of water. If the pain or bleeding is heavy, please go see a doctor instead of trying things at home.

Honestly, I suffered from this last month and sitz baths were an absolute lifesaver. Just sit in a tub of warm water for 15 minutes twice a day, it really helps with the burning. But please make sure you add high-fiber foods to your diet so you don't get constipated again.

Along with a light diet, gentle breathing exercises like Anulom Vilom can help calm the body and improve your digestion system. Please avoid any heavy physical straining or lifting while you are healing. Give your body some time and rest to recover naturally.

I can understand how uncomfortable and painful this must be for you right now. Just try to avoid sitting in one place for too long and drink plenty of warm water. Hope you feel better very soon.

Your diet plays the biggest role here, so try incorporating lots of papaya, oats, and green leafy vegetables into your daily meals. Avoid hard-to-digest foods like fried items and heavy paneer dishes for a while. If the symptoms don't improve in a few days, it's best to consult a general surgeon.
