How can i ease the pain?

I've been dealing with chronic back pain for over a year now due to an old injury, and some days it's just excruciating. The doctor suggested physical therapy, but I need something to manage the pain daily. What are some ways to ease persistent body pain?

Aap thoda garm paani se sek lijiye aur aaraam kijiye. Shareer ko thoda aaraam denge toh dard apne aap kam ho jayega, jyada chinta mat kijiye.

I just went through this last week and the pain was unbearable. Ice packs worked much better than heat for the first two days to numb the sharp throbbing sensation.

Please be careful about what pain relievers you take, especially if you have other health issues like diabetes, as some can impact kidney function. Stick to gentle physical comfort like a warm compress until you talk to a doctor.

In my seventy years, I have realized that most minor body pains just need a little time and proper rest to heal. Don't rush to take heavy pills immediately, let your body try to recover naturally first.

If this is pelvic or abdominal pain, it might be related to your cycle or cyst issues. A gentle hot water bottle helps, but if it doesn't reduce in a day, please get an ultrasound done.

I totally get it, being in pain makes even the simplest tasks feel like a mountain. Please lie down in a comfortable position and let someone else take care of the chores today.

Honestly, the best painkiller is just sleeping through it if you can manage to shut your eyes. I usually wrap myself in a blanket and hope the pain is gone by the time I wake up.
