This is a serious illness that requires complete trust in your doctors. While having healthy home-cooked meals and ginger tea can help ease chemotherapy nausea, you must follow the oncologist's treatment plan strictly.

Stage 3 means the cancer is locally advanced, but it is still highly treatable with a combination of chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. Many women recover successfully, so please stay hopeful and consult a breast cancer specialist.

I totally get it, receiving a stage 3 diagnosis can feel absolutely devastating and terrifying. Please lean on your loved ones right now and take it one day at a time under the guidance of a compassionate medical team.

My mother was treated at a major oncology center for a similar stage. You must go to a well-equipped hospital and ask your oncologist clearly about the molecular subtype and the planned treatment timeline.

While going through the heavy medical treatments, maintaining a nutritious diet with protein-rich vegetarian foods is important to keep your strength up. Always discuss any dietary changes with your oncologist first.

The doctor explained that stage 3 breast cancer is aggressive but treatable. Survival rates have improved significantly with targeted therapies and neoadjuvant chemo, which helps shrink the tumor before surgery.

My family advised trying various alternative therapies, but we decided to fully trust our oncologist's treatment plan for my relative's stage 3 cancer. It was the right decision as medical science is highly advanced now.

I am so sorry you are going through this. My aunt was just diagnosed with this and I want to support her, does the treatment require staying in the hospital for a very long time?
