How are u supposed to sleep?

For some reason, I just feel exhausted every morning even after 7-8 hours of sleep. I'm wondering if there's a 'right' way to sleep or if I'm doing something wrong. Any general tips would be helpful.

Haan na, correct sleeping posture is so important for back pain! Sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees is the best way. Try it from tonight, your spine will feel so much lighter in the morning.

If you find out the secret to sleeping, please tell me too. I just toss and turn till 3 AM scrolling reels and then regret my life decisions. Honestly, they say sleeping on your back is best, but I end up looking like a twisted pretzel anyway.

At my age, if I sleep wrong even for five minutes, my neck gets locked for three days! I have realized sleeping on the side with a thin pillow is the only way to survive. Gone are the days when we could sleep like logs on the floor.

Actually yaar, my doctor told me that sleeping on your left side is super good for digestion and acid reflux. I used to sleep on my stomach earlier but it totally ruined my lower back posture. Try switching sides and see.

Don't overthink it too much, just make sure your neck is aligned with your spine. Avoid very thick pillows and try to keep your room dark and quiet. If you still feel uncomfortable or have chronic pain, it is always safer to ask an orthopedist.

Generally, side sleeping is considered the safest and most comfortable for most adults. It keeps your airways open and helps your back. If you have any specific medical issues like sleep apnea or slip disc, then a physiotherapist can guide you better.

Bro, just keep your phone in another room or at least far from the bed. I used to sleep with my phone under the pillow and wake up with a heavy head every day. Sleeping on your side is pretty chill and keeps you comfortable.

I tried everything from lavender oils to heavy blankets for my sleep issues. What actually worked was keeping a small pillow under my knees when sleeping on my back, it takes the pressure off the lower back instantly. Give it a shot.

Our elders always advised sleeping on the left side for better digestion. Also, washing your feet with cool water and drinking a small cup of warm turmeric milk before bed can quieten your mind. Try these simple habits.

Agreed with the side sleeping advice. Keeping your room slightly cool also makes a huge difference in how fast you fall asleep.
