Have more sleep?

My energy levels are really low, and I find myself feeling sleepy even during the day. I'm currently getting around 6 hours of sleep on average. Should I try to have more sleep, maybe 7-8 hours, to improve my daytime energy?

I am trying to sleep more, but I always wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep. Does anyone have any gentle tips for staying asleep longer without waking up?

Try to let go of the day's stress before you lie down to sleep. A calm mind naturally leads to deeper, longer rest, so just take deep breaths and tell yourself that tomorrow is a new day. Take care.

Bro, sleeping more literally changed my gym recovery. I used to sleep 5 hours and feel completely dead, but pushing it to 8 hours has made me so much stronger. Just put your phone on 'Do Not Disturb' at 10 PM and sleep.

If you want to get more deep sleep, try adding a brisk 30-minute walk in the evening. Tiring your body physically in a healthy way is the best natural sleeping pill, provided you don't have any medical issues restricting movement.

Haan na, we all ignore sleep so much due to our busy schedules. Actually, even a short 20-minute power nap in the afternoon can make you feel so fresh, but don't sleep too much during the day or you won't sleep at night.

Honestly, sleeping more is my ultimate goal but semester exams and assignments just don't let it happen. I try to catch up on sleep during the weekends, but my schedule gets completely ruined by Monday again.
