Please keep your meals very simple right now, like light moong dal khichdi or rice kanji. Heavy vegetarian foods or oily things can strain your digestion while the body is fighting a fever. Also, stay hydrated with warm water.

Oh dear, is there a viral bug going around right now? My cousin also had a continuous fever for three days with severe body aches. Are you also feeling extremely weak, or is it just the temperature?

When I face a fever, I avoid heavy physical strain and do gentle deep breathing while lying down to calm the nervous system. But three days of fever means your body is fighting hard, so let a doctor examine you soon.

Please go to a hospital or clinic immediately. I ignored a three-day fever last year thinking it would go away, but it turned out to be a severe kidney infection that landed me in the ICU for a week. Don't take risks.

Do not rely on home remedies or WhatsApp tips for a continuous three-day fever. It could be anything from malaria to a bacterial infection, which only proper lab tests and a medical practitioner can diagnose accurately.

Three days is quite a long time for a fever. You should definitely get a doctor to check it out.

My family physician always tells us that any fever crossing 48 hours requires a proper physical examination and basic blood work like a CBC. It helps rule out infections like dengue or typhoid which are common. Please consult a doctor instead of self-medicating further.

Have faith and keep your mind calm, as stress only weakens our natural healing power. Keep taking cold compresses on the forehead to keep the temperature down, and rest completely. Praying for your speedy recovery.
