Have a great sleep?

For the past few months, I just don't feel rested when I wake up. Even if I go to bed early, it feels like my body isn't getting the deep rest it needs. What can I do to ensure I have a great sleep every night?

Hamare yahan toh log bolte hain ki sone se pehle haath-paer dho kar thoda dhyan lagana chahiye. Dimag shant rahega toh neend apne aap bohot acchi aayegi, beta. Chinta mat karo, sab theek hoga.

If you are struggling to get restful sleep consistently, please go to a clinic. I neglected my snoring and daytime tiredness for two years, and later found out it was sleep apnea which was putting a strain on my heart. Don't delay a doctor checkup.

Sleeping well is literally the best feeling in the world! I hope you get to enjoy some beautiful, uninterrupted sleep tonight. Try some lavender oil on your pillow, it works like magic.

I always feel so tired in the morning even after sleeping for eight hours. Does this happen to anyone else here, or should I be worried about my diet?

Haan na, sleep issues have become so common nowadays with all this screen time. Actually, taking a small walk after dinner helps to digest food and gives very good sleep, you can try that.

I fixed my chronic sleep issues by doing two things: absolute zero caffeine after 3 PM and waking up at the exact same time every morning. It takes about two weeks of discipline, but your internal clock will reset completely. Skip the sleeping pills and try this first.
