Has anyone gotten lung cancer from vaping?

A lot of my friends have started vaping, and they all claim it's much safer than cigarettes. But I keep hearing stories about lung problems and other serious health issues. Has anyone here actually gotten lung cancer that they attribute to vaping?

Vaping might seem like a cool alternative to smoking, but it still introduces harmful chemicals into your lungs. To keep your lung capacity high for cardio and workouts, it's best to stay away from both. Focus on clean air, a nutrient-dense diet, and regular exercise instead.

I had severe breathing issues and chronic coughing after vaping for just a couple of years, and my doctor warned me about permanent lung damage. Please don't take lung symptoms lightly, as these chemicals can cause serious long-term complications. If you have any ongoing cough or chest heaviness, get a proper chest checkup immediately.

I have been vaping for a year and lately I've started feeling a bit short of breath while climbing stairs. I am getting really anxious reading about lung damage and cancer online now. Has anyone else experienced this kind of breathlessness, or should I go see a doctor right away?

Since I already manage thyroid issues, I know how easily chemical imbalances can affect the body. Vaping contains toxic substances that can disrupt your overall cellular health over time. It is highly recommended to do regular health checkups and consult a specialist to evaluate your lung health.

Your lungs need clean oxygen to function properly, and vaping definitely compromises that. If your physician confirms your lungs are in good shape, try replacing the vaping habit with daily brisk walking or jogging in fresh air. It really helps clear out the system and boosts your stamina naturally.

I totally get it, trying to quit traditional smoking by switching to vaping is very common, but the health scares around it are truly worrying. Please don't beat yourself up about it, but do try to seek professional help to quit. Taking care of your lungs now will save you a lot of stress in the future.

Yes, research shows vaping chemicals definitely harm lung tissue. It is best to consult a pulmonologist if you have any chronic respiratory issues.
