Does working out help your liver?

My recent health check-up showed some minor issues with my liver, and the doctor suggested lifestyle changes. I'm already trying to eat better, but I wanted to know more about exercise. Does working out regularly help your liver function better or recover?

When I was diagnosed with fatty liver, I felt so guilty and depressed about my lifestyle. Starting to exercise slowly was the only thing that gave me hope and actually improved my liver enzymes. Your struggle is real, but moving your body helps.

I totally get it if you are feeling overwhelmed about reversing a fatty liver. Yes, regular exercise is incredibly effective at reducing liver fat. Just start with small steps and don't be too hard on yourself.

Yes, it helps. A simple, workable solution is to avoid taking the elevator and walk up the stairs, plus cut down on oily bakery items. This keeps liver fat under control without spending on gym memberships.

While drinking warm lemon water in the morning is good, nothing clears fatty liver like physical exercise. Even 30 minutes of brisk walking daily is practical and yields great results over time.

Don't fall for detox juices or random liver cleansing pills sold online. The only scientifically proven way to reduce liver fat is sustainable weight loss through exercise and diet. Get your LFT reports checked by a doctor first.
