Does weed cure cancer?

My aunt is currently undergoing cancer treatment, and someone suggested she try cannabis as a cure. I'm very skeptical, but wanted to ask if there's any scientific basis to such a claim.

Hey, don't stress too much listening to all those wild claims on WhatsApp or YouTube! There is absolutely no proof that it cures cancer at all. It might help someone sleep or feel a bit less pain during tough hospital treatments, but proper oncological medical care is the only real way forward.

I totally get it, when a loved one is dealing with a terrible disease like cancer, you want to explore every possible option to help them. But honestly, weed does not cure cancer. It is only sometimes used under strict medical supervision to help patients cope with chemotherapy pain and nausea.

I am a big believer in ginger, turmeric, and home remedies for basic coughs and colds, but we must know the limit. Cancer is not something you can treat at home with herbs. While a hot soup or herbal tea can give comfort, please do not substitute actual hospital therapy with anything else.

Let us be very practical here. Cancer is a highly serious medical condition that requires proper chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery. Relying on herbs instead of actual hospital treatment can be extremely dangerous and life-threatening. Always trust qualified oncologists at reputed cancer institutes.

Having just finished my breast cancer treatment last year, I can tell you firsthand how dangerous these alternative cure rumors are. Some people advised me to try oils and herbs, but my oncologists saved my life with timely surgery and chemo. Please stick strictly to standard medical protocols and do not delay treatment.

I constantly read medical articles and get super anxious about health risks, and from everything I have researched, there is zero scientific backing that cannabis cures tumors. It can actually interact badly with other cancer medicines. Please, please consult a proper doctor and don't make any decisions based on internet rumors.
