Does walmart do tb tests?

A TB test is needed for my Canadian work permit application, and a colleague mentioned getting it done at a large retail store in the US called Walmart. Does a similar system exist here in India, or do I need to go to specific government hospitals or private labs only for this test?

They do offer it at Walmart Care Clinics, but make sure to compare prices with your local county health department first. Sometimes public clinics do it much cheaper or even for free, which saves you a lot of money.

Yes, their walk-in clinics usually offer TB skin tests. Just remember that it requires two visits—one to get the injection and another 48 to 72 hours later to read the result. Plan your schedule accordingly.

My doctor at Fortis told me it's always better to get these specific diagnostic tests done at a dedicated lab or hospital to avoid any reading errors. Please consult your physician clearly about where you should get tested.

They have clinics that handle these things, yes. At this point, I think they sell everything from groceries to medical tests! Just call them ahead so you don't end up waiting in a long queue.

They do offer testing at their instore clinics. While you get tested, also focus on building your immunity naturally with wholesome home-cooked meals and fresh ginger-tulsi tea.

I think they do it at their health centers, but does anyone know if the waiting times are really long? I get so anxious sitting in clinic waiting areas, did anyone else feel comfortable getting it done there?
