I can only speak from my own experience, but after vaping heavily for two years, my routine health checkup showed elevated liver enzymes. My doctor told me the toxins in the vape flavorings can strain the liver, and luckily my levels returned to normal after I quit completely.

Haan, log sochte hain ki vape sirf lungs ko affect karta hai, par chemical toh blood me jaakar liver me hi process hote hain na. Liver damage ka risk rehta hai isse, so better hai ki yeh sab band hi kar do.

While research on this is ongoing, several studies indicate that the aerosol chemicals in vapes can trigger oxidative stress in liver tissue. Since everyone's tolerance is different, consulting a gastroenterologist or physician is the best way to understand the impact on your specific health.

To keep your liver healthy, focus on natural detoxifiers like warm water, amla, and a clean diet instead of inhaling chemical vapes. If you notice symptoms like yellowing eyes or severe fatigue, skip the home remedies and consult a doctor immediately.

Don't stress yourself out too much, but do understand that vaping isn't as harmless as it looks, even for your liver. The best way to protect your body is to gradually step away from it. If you ever feel heavy in your abdomen or unusually tired, let's get you checked by a doctor, okay?

Look, your liver is meant to clean your blood, not process chemical vape juices day in and day out. If you keep overloading it with toxins, it will get damaged sooner or later. Stop vaping, drink plenty of water, and stay healthy.

Haan na, our liver has to filter all the artificial chemicals we inhale while vaping, which naturally strains it. It is so much better to keep our habits clean and avoid these electronic devices.
