Does vaping give you cancer?

Many people my age are into vaping these days, but my parents keep telling me it's just as bad as smoking. I'm really confused and worried. Does vaping actually give you cancer?

I had to show my teenage son research papers on how the chemicals in vape juices damage lung tissues to get him to stop. It's not just harmless steam, and the long-term cancer risks are very real. Parents, please talk to your kids and guide them away from this dangerous habit.

My family physician explained that while e-cigarettes don't have tobacco tar, the heating coil releases heavy metals and carcinogens like formaldehyde. Over time, inhaling these toxic chemicals causes cellular damage and DNA mutations in the lungs, which can definitely increase the risk of cancer. It is not a safe alternative.

Just like we avoid high-sugar foods to protect our pancreas, we must avoid chemical vapors to protect our lungs. Any artificial substance that causes chronic inflammation in your body can raise cancer risks. Focus on keeping your system clean and toxic-free.

When you practice pranayama, you realize how vital clean oxygen is for every cell in your body. Vaping fills your respiratory tract with synthetic toxins that disrupt cellular harmony, paving the way for chronic illnesses like cancer. Choose the path of natural breathing and let your body heal.
