Does vaping affect your liver?

Been vaping for a few years now, and recently my friend mentioned something about it being bad for the liver. Does vaping really affect your liver? Should I be worried about this?

I love my heavy punjabi meals, so keeping my liver healthy is my top priority! While most people focus on lungs, research actually shows that the toxins in vape juices can cause oxidative stress in the liver too. Better to save your liver for some good food instead of wasting its health on vaping!

Haan na, people think vaping is harmless compared to cigarettes, but it also has so many chemicals. Those toxins ultimately go to our liver only. It's better to avoid these things completely and stay healthy.

It can definitely put some extra load on your system over time. If you are worried, try cutting down gradually. Take care of your health, you're doing your best.

While the primary impact of vaping is on the respiratory system, studies are increasingly linking e-cigarette chemical absorption to fatty liver risks. Since there are so many variables in vape liquids, it is best to talk to a general physician. They can give you the most accurate medical perspective based on your usage.

The body is a temple and everything we inhale or consume is processed by our internal organs, including the liver. Vaping introduces artificial chemicals that strain your natural filtration systems. Practicing deep breathing and giving up these modern habits will make your liver and body feel so much lighter.

We cannot overlook the chemicals and heavy metals present in e-cigarettes, which have to be detoxified by the liver. If you are a chronic vaper and have any concerns, the safest route is to get a Liver Function Test (LFT) done. Always consult a physician rather than guessing.
