Main kabhi kabhi Tylenol le leta hoon headaches ke liye, especially jab zyada kaam hota hai. Maine suna hai ki isse liver par effect ho sakta hai. Kya Tylenol liver ko nuksaan pahuncha sakta hai agar regularly liya jaye?

Yes, if you take Tylenol in very high doses or too frequently, it can definitely harm your liver. Our elders always said to avoid taking strong chemical pills for every small ache. Drinking simple warm water or resting is better than overloading your body with tablets.

I used to have chronic headaches and was taking Tylenol almost every day, which made me so anxious about my liver health. It was a scary phase because I felt stuck between pain and fear. If you are worried, please talk to a doctor to find a safer long-term solution.

Don't stress too much! If you are just taking one Tylenol occasionally for a headache, your liver will be absolutely fine. Just don't make it a daily habit and never take it with alcohol, and you have nothing to worry about.

Bro, yes, taking too much Tylenol is actually bad for the liver. I read about this in my biology class—it is safe in normal doses but can get toxic if you abuse it. Just stick to the limits and don't pop them like candy.

Yes, Tylenol is processed by the liver, and taking too much of it can lead to severe liver damage. Since I manage my diabetes carefully, I always double-check all medication dosages with my doctor. Never exceed the recommended daily limit mentioned on the pack.
