Does tremfya help psoriatic arthritis?

My rheumatologist has recommended Tremfya for my psoriatic arthritis, as my current treatment isn't quite working. I'm doing some research before starting. Has anyone here had good results with Tremfya for managing their psoriatic arthritis symptoms?

Yes, Tremfya is approved for active psoriatic arthritis and can help with joint pain and swelling. However, since it affects the immune system, you must be very careful about infections. Please consult your rheumatologist to see if it is the right fit for your condition.

It definitely helps get your joints moving so you can enjoy your favorite food walks again! When your joint pain reduces, cooking and eating out becomes so much more fun. Just follow your doctor's dosage properly.

My doctor just mentioned Tremfya as an option for my painful hand joints. I am a bit nervous about taking injections. Does it hurt, and how long does it take to show improvement in joint pain?

These modern injections are very beneficial for reducing deep joint inflammation, beta. Along with this, eating a light diet and gently applying warm mustard oil on the knees can give some comfort. Do discuss with your specialist doctor regularly.
