Does tobacco cause cancer?

My uncle has been a heavy smoker for years, and now he's having some health issues. I keep hearing about the link between tobacco and cancer. Does tobacco really cause cancer, or is it more complex than that?

Yes, tobacco is a proven carcinogen and is strongly linked to various cancers like lung and oral cancer. It's really best to stay away from it for long-term health. If you or someone you know is trying to quit, seeking professional guidance or counseling can be very helpful.

I was actually reading some research papers on this last week. It's crazy how chemicals in tobacco directly damage our cell DNA, which eventually leads to tumor growth. Smoking or chewing, both are equally dangerous according to all medical data.

Yes, it absolutely does! Instead of chewing tobacco or smoking, we should satisfy our mouth cravings with some nice fennel seeds, elaichi, or even some sugar-free mints. Way tastier and infinitely safer for your health!

My sleep schedule is completely ruined but even my half-asleep brain knows the answer to this is a massive yes. They literally print graphic photos of cancer on the packets! Best to avoid it if you value your life, guys.
