Does titanium dioxide cause cancer?

I was checking the ingredients list on some food items and cosmetics at home, and I noticed Titanium Dioxide in many of them. Someone told me this ingredient could be harmful. Does Titanium Dioxide actually cause cancer, or is it generally considered safe?

Titanium dioxide is used as a white coloring agent in many processed foods and sweets. While some European regulators have banned it due to concerns about DNA damage, the actual cancer risk from normal dietary amounts is still debated. I always advise avoiding processed sugary foods anyway, as they ruin your sugar levels.

Don't blindly believe those alarmist articles on the internet claiming every household chemical causes cancer. Titanium dioxide has been classified as a possible carcinogen mostly when inhaled in large industrial powder forms, not from using toothpaste or sunscreen. Speak to a toxicologist or doctor if you want real scientific facts.

Look, we are surrounded by so many food additives these days. If you are worried, the simplest solution is to buy toothpaste without titanium dioxide and eat fresh, homemade food instead of packaged snacks. No need to panic or buy expensive organic alternatives.

I panicked so much when I read that my daily sunscreen and toothpaste contain titanium dioxide! But after researching thoroughly and talking to a dermatologist, I realized it is completely safe when applied to the skin. It doesn't penetrate into your bloodstream at all, so please don't worry.

I try to avoid endocrine disruptors as much as possible for my PCOS, but titanium dioxide in cosmetics seems to have very low risk unless swallowed in huge quantities. It's always a good idea to choose mineral sunscreens and natural cosmetics if it makes you feel safer, but don't stress too much.

Arre yaar, ab har cheez me cancer dhoondenge toh kaise chalega, haan? Titanium dioxide toh har normal cream aur powder me hota hi hai na. Jab tak aap industry me powder inhale nahi kar rahe, tab tak bilkul safe hai, tension mat lo.
