In severe cases, yellow fever can cause bleeding from the eyes, mouth, and nose. I had a milder form of the virus recently, and even that was incredibly exhausting. If you are experiencing any bleeding symptoms or high fever, please go to a hospital immediately.

Actually yaar, yes, in the final severe stages it can cause bleeding from eyes and internal organs. It is a really serious medical emergency. If anyone is showing such extreme symptoms, please skip the internet and rush them to a hospital right now.

Hey, don't stress too much about these extreme symptoms unless you have actually been exposed. It only happens in really severe cases of the infection. Just get your yellow fever shot if you are traveling to endemic areas and you'll be perfectly fine.

That sounds super scary! Yes, in very severe and rare cases of yellow fever, bleeding from the eyes and nose can happen. Please stay safe, get vaccinated before traveling, and see a doctor if you feel unwell.

And here I was thinking my bloodshot eyes from not sleeping were scary! But yes, serious yellow fever can cause actual bleeding there. Definitely a good reason to get vaccinated and avoid mosquito bites.
