Does the swiss calm and sleep pill work?

Struggling with insomnia for a few months now is really affecting my daily routine. A colleague recommended 'Swiss Calm and Sleep' pills. Has anyone tried these, and do they actually help you get a good night's sleep without side effects?

I tried it for a week when I was struggling with my sleep schedule! It definitely helped me feel a bit relaxed before bed 😴 but make sure you also switch off your phone early!

Please be cautious. I took some over-the-counter sleep supplements last year and suffered from severe daytime drowsiness and headaches. It is always better to consult a doctor before starting any sleep pills.

It worked okay for my mild restlessness, but it's not a permanent solution for chronic insomnia.

At 50, my sleep is already a mystery. I tried these calm pills and they did make me a bit drowsy, but honestly, keeping my wife from snoring would work much better!

My doctor mentioned that supplements like Swisse Calm & Sleep contain herbs like valerian and chamomile which support mild relaxation. However, she advised against long-term dependency and suggested improving sleep hygiene instead.

Don't expect these pills to work miracles if you are using your phone till midnight. They can help with mild restlessness, but you still need to fix your daily routine first.
