Does thc help with arthritis?

My knees ache quite a bit because of arthritis, especially in the mornings. My grandson told me about something called THC that some people use for joint pain. Can THC actually help with arthritis symptoms?

I have been dealing with severe knee arthritis for the past ten years. While some people swear by these alternative oils, let me tell you that regular light knee exercises and maintaining a healthy weight are what actually keep you mobile. Don't run after shortcuts, stick to physiotherapy.

My joints creak so much in the morning, they sound like an old rusty gate! If this stuff actually lubricated joints like oiling a cycle, I would gladly buy a bottle. But seriously, stick to what the doc says and keep moving.

For joint pains, applying warm sesame oil mixed with a little camphor brings great relief to the knees. I have seen many people try all sorts of modern things, but these traditional home methods are safe and don't have any bad side effects.

When my mother's arthritis pain got unbearable, we panicked and started looking up every experimental treatment online. Honestly, once we went to a proper rheumatologist and got her some simple pain management therapy, she was absolutely fine. Don't panic, normal medical treatment works best.

During my dad's checkup at Fortis, we asked the specialist about alternative therapy for joint inflammation. The doctor clearly explained that while it can numb pain temporarily, it does not stop the joint damage. Always consult a proper hospital specialist before starting such things.

I tried a prescribed medical cannabis oil for my severe ankle arthritis pain last winter. It did help me sleep better by reducing the throbbing sensation, but it did not cure the stiffness. It is helpful for pain management, but don't expect a magic cure.

Our bodies face many changes as we age, and joint pain is just one of them. Keep a calm mind, accept the changes with grace, and try to do light walking in nature. Positive energy and simple living can bring a lot of relief to physical pain.
