Does thc help asthma?

Been struggling with asthma since childhood, and sometimes the inhalers don't seem to help much, especially during allergy season. I was reading online about some people using cannabis for asthma, and now I'm wondering if THC specifically can actually help, or if it's just a myth. Mera ek friend bol raha tha ki it helps relax the airways, but I'm a bit hesitant.

Beta, asthma is a very delicate breathing problem. Smoking anything will only cause more smoke to go into your lungs and make you cough. It is much better to take warm steam and follow what your local doctor says.

For respiratory health, nothing beats clean cardiovascular exercise. If your doctor permits, try starting with light 20-minute morning walks to build your lung capacity naturally. Relying on external substances might just worsen your breathing issues in the long run.

I completely understand how terrifying it is when you feel like you can't breathe properly; health anxiety makes it so much worse. But honestly, experimenting with these things might trigger panic or worsen your breathlessness. Please stick to safe, proven asthma inhalers and consult your doctor.

In my experience, keeping your cardiovascular health strong through regular cardio and a clean diet is the best way to manage breathing issues. Introducing any kind of smoke or strong compound is going to limit your lung performance. Better to keep it natural and train your lungs safely.

This sounds like another dangerous internet myth. Asthma attacks can be life-threatening and require immediate medical attention like bronchodilators. Do not rely on random online forums; check with a qualified pulmonologist immediately.

Arrey yaar, lung issues mein smoke inhale karna toh bilkul sahi nahi hai na. Haan, some people talk about other forms, but risk kyun lena? Respiratory issues are very risky, focus on proper inhalers and medical advice instead.

I get so anxious reading about asthma triggers because even minor dust makes me wheeze. If you try something unverified and it causes a sudden spasm, it could be very dangerous. Please keep your emergency inhaler nearby and talk to your doc before trying anything.

I agree with others here. Any kind of smoke will irritate your airways, so please avoid it and consult your doctor.

Hey, don't stress too much about finding a magic cure. Asthma can be managed beautifully with the right inhaler. Just avoid smoking anything because your lungs need clean air, and go have a chill chat with your doctor about this.

For lungs and immunity, eating warm, anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric and ginger is very helpful. I would advise against trying any heavy external compounds for asthma. Simple dietary care and warm soups are much safer for the chest.

Dekho, let's be very clear. Smoking anything is bad for your lungs, especially if you have asthma. Don't play with your breathing. Use the pump your doctor gave you and stay away from these online experiments.

I track my daily blood oxygen levels and lung capacity on my smartwatch. Whenever air quality drops, my stats show it clearly. I really don't think inhaling any smoke or vapor is a good idea for asthma. Better to track your triggers on an app and use proper medication.
