Does testicular cancer itch?

I've noticed a strange itchy sensation in a specific area, and it's making me anxious. I keep seeing articles about testicular cancer. Does testicular cancer itch, or is that not a common symptom?

Actually no yaar, testicular cancer normally doesn't cause itching. Mostly it starts with a painless lump or heavy feeling down there. If you have severe itching it could just be a fungal infection, but better get it checked by a doctor soon.

Agree with others here, itching is mostly due to sweat or skin issues. Please visit a urologist once just to rule out anything serious and get peace of mind.

Bro don't stress too much, itching is almost always some basic skin infection or jock itch from sweat. Cancer usually shows up as a painless swelling or a hard nodule. Go see a doc and get a simple cream, you'll be absolutely fine!

With my high blood sugar, I get skin infections and itching very easily down there because fungal growth thrives on it. Cancer doesn't typically itch, but if your sugar levels are fluctuating, that could be the trigger. Please consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

I totally get it, when you notice something different down there it gets super scary. Usually cancer doesn't present as an itch, it is more about lumps or swelling. Still, please don't sit on this anxiety and get a quick physical exam done by a specialist.

While you should definitely see a doctor to confirm, itching is usually an external skin issue, sometimes aggravated by a high-sugar diet or humidity. Keep the area dry, eat clean, and avoid self-diagnosing such serious things online. A professional medical opinion is a must here.

I am also feeling some weird sensation and mild itching down there lately and I'm honestly super terrified. Has anyone else experienced this and had it turn out to be nothing? I'm planning to book an appointment tomorrow.

At my age every small itch feels like a major scare, but honestly testicular cancer isn't known for itching. It is usually a hard lump that doesn't go away. Get a doctor to look at it, otherwise you will spend all night googling and worrying.

I had a massive scare last year with bad itching and swelling, but when I went to the doc it was just a severe fungal infection. He told me cancer is mostly a hard, painless lump inside the testicle, not an itch on the skin. Just go get a checkup done, bro.

I remember panic-searching everything when I found a change down there, the mental stress is real. But thankfully, itching is very rarely a sign of cancer, which usually feels like a dull ache or a hard mass. Please go see a doctor to get an ultrasound done, it will ease your mind.
