I know exactly how stressful and exhausting period pain can be, and it is completely normal to look for quick relief. For me, hot chamomile tea or ginger tea really helped soothe the cramps and calmed my mind. It is a very safe way to get some comfort.

I have tried everything from hot water bags to different herbs over the years. Warm ginger-honey tea or fennel (saunf) tea works wonders for mild cramps because they help relax the muscles. Give it a try, it's very soothing.

I am not a doctor, but personally, a hot cup of black tea with ginger always helps me feel a bit better during my cycle. It doesn't make the pain completely disappear, but the warmth definitely brings some relief.

Honestly, during my periods, a hot cup of masala chai along with a slice of chocolate cake is my ultimate comfort combo! The warm tea really helps with the bloating and makes me feel human again.

Having dealt with severe cramps for years, I can tell you that warm peppermint or ginger tea helps with mild muscle spasms. However, if your pain is so severe that you can't get out of bed, tea won't cut it. You should get evaluated for cysts or fibroids.
