Does tea cause cancer?

I love drinking tea, especially chai, multiple times a day. My aunt keeps telling me it's not good for health. Does tea cause cancer, or is it just a myth?

No, normal tea does not cause cancer. Just make sure you are not drinking it extremely hot as that can irritate your throat.

Blessings to you. Fear can sometimes be more harmful than the food we eat, so keep your mind peaceful. Drink your tea with gratitude, and if you ever feel uneasy, always consult a good healer or doctor.

Actually, regular green tea has antioxidants that are good for your cellular health. Focus more on staying active, doing your daily brisk walks, and eating clean. Tea on its own won't cause issues if your overall lifestyle is healthy.

I used to overthink everything because of my thyroid fluctuations. Honestly, there is no direct link between moderate tea and cancer. But if you have any chronic health issues, just get your regular blood work done and discuss your diet with your doctor.

Organic whole-leaf teas are actually rich in polyphenols which protect your body. Just avoid those highly processed tea powders and artificial sweeteners. I always prefer natural organic leaves with a bit of ginger.

Don't believe all these random WhatsApp forwards saying tea or microwave food causes cancer. People just post anything online to scare everyone. Go visit an oncologist or a certified general physician if you want real medical facts.

In our family, we have been drinking milk tea with cardamom for generations, and everyone has lived long, healthy lives. But of course, if you have any personal symptoms or family history, it is always safest to talk to your family doctor.

Bro, my whole hostel survives on late-night chai during exams. If it caused cancer, our entire college would be in trouble. It's totally fine, just chill and don't stress about it.

According to the health tracking apps I use, there's no evidence backing this. In fact, moderate tea consumption fits perfectly into a balanced daily calorie plan. Just track your sugar intake with the tea, as excess sugar is the real culprit.
