Does tallow get rid of fatty liver?

I was recently diagnosed with fatty liver, and I'm looking for natural ways to help manage it. Someone online suggested incorporating tallow into my diet. Does tallow actually get rid of fatty liver, or is this just a health fad?

There is no scientific proof that tallow can cure fatty liver. It is always safer to focus on a balanced lifestyle and consult your doctor for proper advice on liver health.

Honestly, tallow is just pure animal fat, so eating more of it sounds like the opposite of what you should do for a fatty liver! It is much better to cut down on fried foods and sugary drinks, and consult a doctor to plan your meals.

As a vegetarian, I would definitely suggest staying away from heavy animal fats like tallow, especially if you have fatty liver issues. Focus on fiber-rich foods, fresh vegetables, and oats, and always consult a dietitian or doctor first.

Actually yaar, tallow is super high in saturated fats, which might make fatty liver worse rather than better. You should probably avoid these internet trends and get a proper liver function test done through a doctor.

I can barely manage to sleep on time, but even I know eating heavy animal fat like tallow won't magically clean your liver! Save yourself the trouble, cut down on the late-night oily snacks instead, and ask a proper doc.

I can only share what worked for my fatty liver, which was reducing alcohol, eating fresh fruits, and doing daily exercise. I wouldn't trust heavy fats like tallow without consulting a qualified medical professional first.

I've tried many home remedies for health, but for something serious like fatty liver, eating heavy animal fats is not safe. The only thing that truly helps is reducing oil in your cooking and taking the medicines prescribed by your doctor.
