Does superman sleep?

My little one asked me an interesting question the other day – 'Does Superman sleep?' I wasn't sure how to explain it to him. Any thoughts on this?

I am not an expert on comic books, but from what I recall, his body processes energy differently. I try not to compare myself to unrealistic standards though, as managing PCOS has taught me how fragile our real biological systems are. Let us focus on getting our own rest because our hormones depend on it.

I am a bit new here and was just reading through some fun topics. I think in the stories he doesn't really need to sleep because of the sun's energy, but does he sleep just to feel more human? It is quite interesting to think about.

From what I have read in the lore, he only sleeps when he is physically drained by some major villain or red kryptonite. For us normal folks dealing with fatigue, nothing beats a fixed bedtime and keeping screens away. I used to struggle with sleep issues too, but setting a routine fixed it completely.

In many ways, these characters reflect our desire to transcend human limitations. While he might not need rest, nature has designed our bodies to require quiet moments of sleep to heal and connect with our inner self. Stay positive, keep your mind calm, and sleep well.

He might stay energized all day, but for us, extreme fatigue can be a sign of underlying issues. I used to feel tired all the time and thought it was normal, but a thyroid panel test showed otherwise. If you are struggling with energy, please check with a doctor instead of ignoring it.
