Does sunburn cause cancer?

Last week I got a really bad sunburn on my arms after a day out in the sun. Now I'm a bit worried and was wondering if a severe sunburn can actually cause cancer in the long run.

I go for morning jogs daily, and protecting skin is part of my routine. Continuous sunburns do increase the risk of skin cancer because they change your cell structure. If you are training outdoors, always wear a cap and full sleeves to stay safe.

Yaar, getting sunburned feels like getting over-roasted like a tandoori chicken! Jokes apart, my cousin who is a doctor told me that repeated bad burns actually damage skin cells permanently, which can lead to big problems later. Better to stay safe.

Along with eating antioxidant-rich foods like berries and green veggies to heal from inside, you must avoid direct sun damage. Frequent sunburns damage the DNA of your skin cells, which is a known trigger for serious skin conditions. Don't take it lightly.

I used to cry seeing how badly my skin peeled after a beach trip, thinking I ruined my health forever. It is true that repeated severe sunburns are linked to skin cancer, which is very scary to think about. Please start protecting your skin to avoid that anxiety.

Haan na, sunburn to sach mein dangerous ho sakta hai agar hum dhyan na dein. It's not just regular tan, skin peel hone lagti hai. Doctor bolte hain ki direct damage se future mein cancer ka risk badhta hai, so care karni chahiye.
