Does stress cause head pain?

Tension headaches have been quite frequent for me these days, especially after long working hours. My colleague said it's probably stress. Does stress actually cause head pain, or is it something else?

Yes, stress can often lead to bad tension headaches. Please try to lie down in a dark, quiet room and rest for a while to help ease the pain.

When we carry too much mental load, it often manifests as a heavy headache. Try to close your eyes, take slow deep breaths, and let go of the day's worries. Stay positive and consult a doctor if the pain continues.

Yes, absolutely! Between my work stress and lack of sleep, my head feels like a construction site most days. A good cup of coffee sometimes helps, but honestly, only proper sleep and a doctor's advice can fix this.

Yes, stress can cause severe headaches, which can also make managing diabetes harder as pain can affect your blood sugar. Make sure you don't skip your meals when your head hurts, and get it checked by a physician.

Oh, stress and headaches are like that annoying relative who shows up uninvited! It is very common, so don't worry. Just take a break from screens, drink some water, and see a doctor if it doesn't go away.

At this stage in life, even a small bill can give me a tension headache! Stress is a huge trigger for head pain, unfortunately. I find that resting in a quiet corner helps, but visiting a family doctor is always the best move.
