Does stem cell therapy work for shoulder arthritis?

My shoulder arthritis has been really bothering me, making everyday tasks difficult. My doctor mentioned a few options, and I also heard about stem cell therapy. Can stem cell therapy actually work to relieve shoulder arthritis pain and improve movement?

Look, let's be real. Stem cell therapy for shoulder arthritis is still in early research stages and costs a bomb. Don't fall for false promises; consult a reputed orthopedic surgeon for proper medical guidance.

At this rate, they will say stem cells can fix my broken bank account too! Jokes apart, my neighbor spent a fortune on it for his shoulder and still ended up needing standard physiotherapy. Stick to what's proven.

Instead of experimental stem cell therapy, a simple routine of daily shoulder exercises under a certified physiotherapist is a much better option. It is highly effective, safe, and doesn't burn a hole in your pocket.

My orthopedic doc explained that stem cell therapy cannot regenerate worn-out joint cartilage yet. He suggested that focusing on joint-strengthening exercises, weight management, and occasionally anti-inflammatory treatments under guidance is much more effective.

Please do not trust fancy clinics claiming stem cells will cure your arthritis overnight. Most of these claims are unscientific. Always verify with an established institutional hospital doctor before spending on such procedures.

Haan na, joint pain can be so painful and frustrating. But stem cell therapy is still very new and risky. It is better to stick to regular heat fermentation and doctor's prescribed exercises, they help a lot.
