Does steak cause cancer?

Eating steak is something I really enjoy, but recently I read some articles linking red meat to cancer risk. Now I'm a bit worried. Does eating steak really increase your chances of getting cancer?

Yes, red meat like steak is classified as a probable carcinogen. Keeping your consumption very limited is the safest way to go.

I was reading about this on a health blog yesterday. It seems eating red meat or processed meat frequently is linked to colon cancer risk, especially if it is cooked at very high temperatures. Moderation is key, I guess!

Eating red meat like steak occasionally is generally fine, but consuming it daily does increase health risks. Try replacing it with fish, chicken, or plant-based proteins most days of the week to stay on the safer side.

Ab toh lagta hai sab kuch khane se hi kuch na kuch bimari ho jayegi! Honestly, eating heavy red meat often is not good for our age anyway. Better to stick to lighter meals and keep your digestion happy.

My cousin who is a nutritionist always tells us that grilling steak until it's charred creates compounds that are harmful. If you do eat it, try not to burn it and make sure you have plenty of green veggies on the side!
