Does soy milk cause cancer?

I've started drinking soy milk as an alternative to dairy. My mother, however, warned me that soy milk could cause cancer. Is this a real concern, or can I continue drinking it safely?

Let's put this rumor to rest. Soy milk has been thoroughly studied, and there is absolutely zero evidence linking it to cancer. In fact, many health organizations recommend it as a healthy plant-based milk. Go ahead and drink it.

Buying branded soy milk can be slightly expensive over time, but it's totally safe. If you're doing any routine preventive health packages, you'll see your markers are completely fine even with daily soy intake. It's a good investment for health.

Soy milk made fresh at home is very pure and nutritious for the body. But if you are experiencing any unusual lumps, sudden weight loss, or severe fatigue, do not rely on dietary changes alone and see a doctor immediately.

There are so many self-proclaimed health gurus online spreading baseless panic about soy. If you have any medical concerns or family history of breast cancer, check with a qualified oncologist instead of believing internet myths.

I also tend to overthink every single thing I eat and read scary articles about estrogen in soy milk. But after speaking to my doctor and doing some reading, I realized the anxiety is worse than the milk itself. It is safe, so don't worry!
