Does soda give you kidney stones?

I've been struggling with kidney stone issues for a while now. My doctor suggested cutting down on all fizzy drinks. Does soda actually give you kidney stones, or is it just a general recommendation for healthier living?

Yes, soda can definitely cause kidney stones because of high oxalates and sugar. Since I manage high BP, my doctor told me to stay away from packaged drinks as they dehydrate you. Keep tracking your health and do regular kidney function tests.

Our bodies are beautiful temples, and putting highly acidic sodas inside them causes imbalances like kidney stones. Stay positive, drink plenty of pure water, and let nature heal your system. Take care of your health.

Cola drinks have high amounts of phosphoric acid, which makes your urine more acidic and increases the risk of calcium oxalate stones. Replace soda with coconut water or plain water. If you get sharp, sudden back pain, please see a doctor immediately.

I totally understand how stressful it is to worry about these painful health issues. Yes, sodas can increase kidney stone risks due to their ingredients. Try to swap them for plain water to give yourself some peace of mind.

I ignored a dull ache in my lower back for months and kept drinking sodas at parties. It turned out to be a 7mm kidney stone that caused severe pain later. Please don't ignore any warning signs and get a doctor's checkup early.

At my age, drinking soda is like playing Russian roulette with my kidneys. The high sugar and acid are classic stone makers. Better to drink plain water unless you enjoy the idea of passing a sharp little rock through your pipes!

My hydration tracker showed I was drinking too much soda and very little water, which is a major recipe for kidney stones. I cut down soda and now log 3 liters of pure water daily on my app. It keeps my kidneys clean and functioning perfectly.

Buying soda everyday is just an invitation to high medical bills for kidney stones. A simple and cheap solution is to keep a water bottle with you always and add a squeeze of fresh lemon. It prevents stones and costs almost nothing.
