Yes, absolutely. I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last year and my doctor told me the first thing I had to do was stop smoking. It makes managing your blood sugar levels much harder and messes up your circulation. Once I cut down, my fasting sugar levels actually started getting better.

My dad has diabetes and his doctor literally scolded him for smoking. He said nicotine makes insulin less effective, so the medicines won't even work properly. It is quite scary because diabetes is already a lot to manage daily.

Haan na, smoking really messes up your sugar levels and makes the diabetes medication less effective. Mere chacha faced so many heart issues because of this bad combination. It is better to stop slowly for your family's sake, ho na.

Honestly, I can barely keep my eyes open right now, but yes, smoking and diabetes are a terrible mix. It is like double trouble for your blood flow. If you want to keep your feet and eyes working fine in the future, you have to throw that cigarette pack away, even if it feels impossible.

Smoking combined with diabetes drastically increases the risk of heart disease and nerve damage in your feet. Please get your HbA1c tested and consult your doctor for a proper plan to quit. It is crucial to monitor this closely to avoid serious complications.

I know how hard it is to control sugar levels. When my brother stopped smoking, we gave him cinnamon water and neem leaves to help control his sugar cravings, and it really helped his health. But quitting the cigarettes was the main thing that saved him from nerve pain.

I totally get it, quitting smoking is extremely difficult when you are already stressed about managing diabetes. It feels like too much pressure at once. But taking it one day at a time will really help protect your heart and blood vessels from damage.

In my years of practice, I have seen that smoking increases stress hormones, which directly raises blood sugar. Practicing deep breathing and yoga can help calm your mind and reduce the urge to smoke. This gentle path will naturally help keep your diabetes under control.

Actually yaar, smoking is like the worst thing you can do if you have diabetes. It clogs up your arteries and raises your risk of a stroke. I know quitting is super tough, but you have to do it for your long-term health.
