Meri sleep cycle bahut disturbed hai these days, so I'm trying to use the sleep mode on my phone to get better rest. But I'm worried I'll miss my morning office alarm if it silences everything. Can someone clarify if alarms still ring in sleep mode?

In my experience, sleep mode only silences your calls and message notifications so you can sleep peacefully. Your set alarms will still ring in the morning to wake you up. I use this daily before my early morning meditation and it has never failed me.

Beta, the phone's sleep or DND mode does not stop the alarm from ringing. To sleep better, also try keeping the phone a little away from your bed and drink some warm turmeric milk before sleeping. It helps the mind calm down naturally.

No bro, alarms still work perfectly fine even if your phone is on sleep mode or bedtime mode. I use it every single night and my 8 AM alarm always rings without any issue. Just make sure your alarm volume isn't manually muted, that's it.

It definitely doesn't silence your alarms. Sleep mode is designed to block annoying notifications and spam calls, not your wake-up calls. I have been using it on both iOS and Android and the alarms go off right on time.

Nahi, alarm bajega tension mat lo. Sleep mode sirf falthu WhatsApp and calls silent karta hai taaki aap chain se so sako. Alarm system software alag hota hai, toh woh apna kaam karega hi.
