Does sleep affect acne?

I've been having a lot of breakouts lately, and I also haven't been sleeping very well because of exams. My mom said sleep impacts everything. Can a lack of good sleep actually make acne worse?

My fitness band showed a direct connection: whenever my deep sleep fell below 1.5 hours, I had new breakouts the next day. Lack of sleep spikes cortisol, which increases oil production on your face. Try tracking your sleep to see the pattern yourself.

Yes, sleep definitely affects acne because poor sleep increases stress hormones which trigger breakouts. Along with 7-8 hours of sleep, try avoiding dairy and deep-fried snacks before bed. A clean diet and good rest work wonders for the skin.

I used to suffer from bad hormonal acne and noticed that late nights made them so much redder and more painful. Sleep acts like a natural healer for skin inflammation. Try to wind down early and see how your skin calms down in a few weeks.

Actually yes, sleep directly affects your skin yaar. Whenever I binge-watch late at night, I get these annoying pimples on my cheeks the very next week. Our skin needs that night sleep to heal properly, so try to fix your sleep cycle.

Bilkul farak padta hai. If you sleep late, your body doesn't get time to repair. Just wash your face with plain water before sleeping, keep your pillow covers clean, and try to sleep by 10:30 PM. No need for expensive creams if your routine is bad.

In our youth, we had fewer skin issues because we had a fixed time to sleep and wake up. Today's lifestyle of sleeping at 2 AM is the main reason for these skin problems. Get your biological clock right and your face will clear up naturally.
