Does sex prevent prostate cancer?

Reading something on the internet mentioned that frequent ejaculation might help prevent prostate cancer. Can anyone confirm if this is true? My father had prostate issues, so I'm trying to be proactive.

Some studies suggest frequent ejaculation might lower the risk, but it is not a 100% guarantee. In my experience, the most important thing is getting regular PSA tests after age 50. Don't rely only on physical activity, clinical screening is must.

I recently finished treatment for prostate issues. My urologist mentioned that regular ejaculation helps flush out toxins, but it doesn't replace the need for regular screenings. Please get your prostate checked if you have any urination issues.

Yes, many studies show that regular ejaculation can help reduce the risk. Just focus on a healthy lifestyle and stay stress-free.

Drinking pumpkin seed oil and eating cooked tomatoes can help keep your prostate healthy naturally. However, if you are experiencing any difficulty passing urine, please see a doctor immediately instead of trying self-remedies.

Managing your blood pressure and overall vascular health is very important for the prostate too. While regular intimacy is good, keeping your daily walking routine and getting regular checkups with your doctor is the real way to stay safe.

Whoa, didn't know science actually backed this up. Pretty cool reason to stay active, I guess! But yeah, keeping fit overall is probably key.

Do not rely on random online articles saying this is a cure or prevention. Prostate cancer has strong genetic links. Always consult a urologist for proper screening guidelines.

I'm not sure about that, but eating lycopene-rich foods like tomatoes and watermelons is great for prostate health. Focus on eating clean and tasty homemade food while staying active.

The theory is that frequent ejaculation prevents calcium build-up in the gland. It is a good natural habit, but please don't skip your annual checkups and PSA tests if you are over 45.
