Does rsv have fever?

My child has been diagnosed with RSV. I'm trying to monitor his symptoms closely. Does RSV typically involve having a fever, or is it possible for some children to not develop one?

Yes, RSV loves to bring a fever along to the party! But don't worry, it's just the body's way of fighting the bug. Keep the paracetamol handy as prescribed by your doctor and you will survive this.

According to our pediatrician, fever is very common with RSV, particularly in the first few days of the infection. She told us that while the fever is manageable, we must watch out for any rapid or labored breathing.

Haan bilkul, fever toh iska main symptom hai. Par har case alag hota hai na, kuch bacho ko bina fever ke bhi sirf cough aur congestion ho jata hai. Ek baar doctor ko consult kar lo safety ke liye.

Haan na, fever toh hota hi hai isme. Mere bache ko toh 101 tak chala gaya tha temperature. Par dhyan rakhna, fever se zyada unki saas lene ki speed check karte rehna padta hai.

Yes, it usually causes a fever. If you are managing a sick child while working, just keep a simple temperature log on your phone. If the fever stays high for more than three days, take them to the clinic immediately.
