Does relief factor help with arthritis?

My arthritis pain has gotten quite bad recently, especially in my knees. I saw an advertisement for something called "Relief Factor" that claims to help with arthritis pain. I'm wondering if it's genuinely effective for joint relief.

My father has been suffering from knee arthritis and we are looking at various options online. Relief Factor popped up, but it is quite expensive to import to India. I'm trying to figure out if it's actually worth the money or if it's just regular fish oil and turmeric.

Don't stress about these expensive foreign brands, brother. Relief Factor is mostly fish oil, turmeric, and ginger extracts, which we can easily buy locally at a fraction of the price. Let's focus on getting a proper diagnosis from an orthopedic doctor first, okay?

For joint stiffness, movement is medicine! Supplementing can only do so much. If your doctor allows, gentle walking or water aerobics will keep your joints lubricated and significantly reduce arthritis pain in the long run.

Arthritis can be of various types, like osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, and they require completely different treatments. Before self-treating with supplements like Relief Factor, please consult a rheumatologist to get a proper treatment plan.

My grandmother had terrible joint pain and tried many such supplements. Honestly, what actually helped her was a combination of standard doctor-prescribed medication, daily warm compresses, and adding fresh ginger-turmeric tea to her daily routine.
