Does relaxium sleep really work?

I've been having a lot of trouble with sleepless nights lately, and it's really affecting my work. I saw an ad for Relaxium Sleep and wondered if it's effective. Has anyone tried it, does it really help with sleep?

Listen, don't rush into buying these imported sleep supplements. They mostly contain melatonin and herbs like ashwagandha, which you can easily get here. First try to fix your routine, put your phone away at 9 PM, and drink warm milk. If nothing works, we can figure out a doctor visit together.

Haan, I tried it because my sleep cycle was totally ruined. It works okay to make you sleepy, but the next morning you feel a bit heavy and groggy, na. It's not a permanent solution for daily use, honestly.

Before taking any over-the-counter sleep aids like Relaxium, please consult a physician. Self-medicating for insomnia can mask underlying issues like sleep apnea or anxiety. It is always safest to get a professional diagnosis.

Many of these commercial sleep pills are just overpriced herbal blends with melatonin. If you look at the ingredients, it is mostly valerian root and chamomile. You can get the same soothing effect from drinking chamomile tea before bed.

I used to struggle with sleep after heavy night workouts. Instead of relying on pills like Relaxium, I adjusted my training time to mornings and cut off caffeine after 2 PM. Natural fatigue from a good workout is the best sleep trigger.

It worked wonders for my jet lag last month! ✈️ But I only use it once in a while so my body doesn't get dependent on it. Daily meditation and a dark room are still my favorite ways to sleep peacefully! 🌸
