Does redbull affect your liver?

I often drink Red Bull when I have late nights studying or working, it really helps me stay awake. But my dad saw me drinking it and warned me about its effects on the liver. Is Red Bull actually bad for your liver health?

Any processed energy drink has high chemicals and sugar, which can put stress on the liver if consumed daily. Please get a simple Liver Function Test (LFT) done if you are drinking it regularly. It is always better to be safe and get checked.

I was reading that the combination of high caffeine, taurine, and sugar can cause fatty liver over time if you drink multiple cans. An occasional one during exams might be fine, but daily use seems really bad for the system. What do you guys think?

I ended up in the hospital with severe dehydration and elevated liver enzymes because of my addiction to energy drinks and poor diet. The doctor strictly warned me that the liver has to work extra hard to filter these artificial ingredients. Please see a doctor and stop drinking them.

I used to drink two Red Bulls a day to survive my night shifts, but lately, I have a dull ache on the right side of my stomach. Now I am super anxious that I ruined my liver. Has anyone else experienced this after energy drinks?

Don't worry too much if you only drink it once in a while. Just try to replace it with fresh coconut water or fresh juice, which is much kinder to your liver.

I love the fizzy kick of Red Bull with my spicy momos, but honestly, the sugar crash is real! My dietitian told me it's basically liquid sugar and terrible for liver fat. I have limited it to once a month now as a cheat treat.

These modern drinks are full of poison and chemicals, beta. If you want energy, drink fresh lassi, sattu, or nimbu paani. They cool the liver down and give genuine strength to the body without any side effects.

Instead of wasting 120 rupees on a can of Red Bull that damages your liver and stomach, drink black coffee or strong ginger tea. It gives the same alertness, costs almost nothing, and is much safer for health.

During my annual checkup at Apollo, the physician told me that excessive energy drinks are a leading cause of non-alcoholic fatty liver among young adults. You should consult a doctor and get your liver enzymes tested to be sure.

As a coder surviving on 4 hours of sleep, Red Bull is basically my blood type at this point. But deep down, I know my liver is probably screaming at me. I really need to sleep like a normal human instead of relying on canned energy!
