Does red light therapy help with kidney stones?

I've suffered from kidney stones multiple times, and the pain is absolutely unbearable when they pass. I heard a friend vaguely mention something about red light being used for kidney issues. Does red light therapy actually help with kidney stones, maybe in preventing them or alleviating pain?

Kidney stones are so scary, the pain can start suddenly and it's terrifying! I don't think red light therapy is proven for this, and delaying actual treatment might cause a blockage. Please be careful and keep your doctor on speed dial.

Please do not rely on light therapies for kidney stones. I tried alternative remedies for my stone and ended up with a severe kidney infection that required emergency hospitalization. If you have severe back pain or blood in urine, go to a urologist immediately.

My body generates stones faster than a construction site, and let me tell you, only drinking gallons of water helps. Red light sounds fancy, but it won't melt a solid calcium stone. Save your money for coconut water!

No, red light therapy does not help pass or dissolve kidney stones. You need to see a urologist for proper medical treatment.

I hope your pain reduces soon. Please avoid trying alternative methods like red light for such painful issues and consult a doctor who can give you the right medicine.

My grandmother always suggests drinking banana stem juice for flushing out stones, which does help with hydration. However, for actual treatment, we always trust our family urologist. Red light has no scientific backing for dissolving internal stones.

Don't worry too much, kidney stones are very common and doctors treat them successfully every day. Just don't experiment with random therapies like red light. Go get an ultrasound done as your doctor suggests, and take it one step at a time.

My son had a 6mm kidney stone last year and we were very worried. The doctor told us that plenty of fluids and specific medications to relax the ureter are the only ways to pass it. Please don't try unverified things like red light on your child.

Humare idhar toh patthri hone par khoob paani aur nimbu paani peene ko bolte hain. Yeh sab laal light ka ilaaj humne kabhi nahi suna beta. Aap acche doctor se check karwao, wahi sahi rasta hai.

In my experience, gentle stretching and deep breathing can help relax the abdominal muscles during mild discomfort, but they cannot dissolve stones. Red light has no proven benefit for this. Staying hydrated and following your doctor's advice is the true path to recovery.

Bro, don't stress too much about it! Just grab a big bottle of water, keep drinking, and visit a doctor to get some pain relief medicine. Red light won't help you here, but proper medical advice surely will.

Why look for expensive and unproven light therapies? The most practical and time-tested solution for small kidney stones is drinking 3-4 liters of water daily as advised by doctors. It is simple, effective, and costs nothing.

Let's be realistic, red light therapy for kidney stones is a complete myth. If a stone is stuck, you either need medical dissolution therapy or lithotripsy (sound waves) to break it. Go see a proper urologist in a good hospital.

I totally get it, kidney stone pain is absolutely unbearable and makes you search for any possible relief. But red light therapy cannot physically break down a stone inside your urinary tract. Please consult a doctor for proper pain management and medication.

Drinking barley water and coconut water helps flush out small stones naturally. But if you have severe vomiting, fever, or unbearable pain, please don't wait for home remedies or light therapies. Go straight to the hospital.
