Does red light help arthritis?

My neighbor was telling me about red light therapy and how it helped a lot with his joint pain. I suffer from chronic arthritis in my hands and knees, and I'm always looking for relief. Does red light actually help arthritis symptoms, like pain and stiffness?

Honestly, if red light could cure my knee pain, my bedroom's night bulb would have made me an athlete by now! But jokes aside, my uncle tried it and said it gives mild comfort. Don't expect it to turn you into a teenager again, but it doesn't hurt to try if your doc approves.

I absolutely lost my mind when my mother's joint pain started getting worse and someone suggested these fancy light therapies. I thought we would have to spend lakhs. Actually, we just spoke to her specialist and got a simple routine, and we realized it is a very common issue that can be managed easily without panicking.

Keep your mind calm and positive, as half of our healing comes from within. Red light is just an external tool that might give some relief, but real comfort comes when you take care of your daily habits. May God keep you healthy and pain-free, just do whatever therapy you choose with a happy heart.

With my 10-hour desk job, joint stiffness is normal, and I looked into red light devices to save travel time to clinics. Realistically, it might give minor temporary relief at home, but it cannot replace your actual physiotherapy or medicines. Better to take an online consultation with a rheumatologist before spending money on these gadgets.

In our days, we relied on warm sesame oil massages and hot water fermentation for joint aches. These modern lights might have some science, but please do not ignore traditional, gentle warm packs. Please ask your doctor before trying any new machine, especially if you have sensitive skin.

I have seen many people in this group ask about red light therapy for arthritis. The general feedback is that it helps with blood circulation and minor stiffness, but it is not a cure. Always use it as a supportive therapy alongside your prescribed medical treatment.

Haan na, even I was thinking if we should buy that red light belt for father. Pain relieves slightly with heat, but permanent cure nahi hai. Better to do basic exercises regularly, ho na? Please consult your family doctor once before buying.
