Does radiation from cellphones cause cancer?

I use my cellphone practically all day for work and personal communication. My parents keep warning me about the radiation from mobile phones. Does radiation from cellphones really cause cancer?

There is no strong scientific proof that cellphone radiation causes cancer, but it is always good to practice simple safety. I prefer keeping the phone away from my pillow while sleeping and using wired earphones for long calls. However, if you are experiencing persistent headaches or other issues, please consult a doctor instead of blaming the phone.

Don't believe all those scary WhatsApp forwards or random online articles claiming mobile phones give you brain tumors. The radiation from phones is non-ionizing, which is too weak to damage DNA. If you have real health concerns or symptoms, discuss them with a certified doctor rather than trusting internet theories.

My family often tells me to switch off the Wi-Fi router at night to avoid radiation, which is just their way of caring. But according to medical experts, these low-frequency waves are generally harmless. I always trust verified medical research and doctors over family myths.

As a parent, I also used to worry about this a lot because my kids are always on their screens. After reading up, I found there is no direct link to cancer, but excess screen time definitely strains their eyes and sleep. We now have a family rule to keep all phones outside the bedroom at night.

From what I have researched, there is no solid evidence linking mobile phone usage to cancer. Managing my PCOS has taught me not to stress over every minor thing, as stress itself affects our health so much. Just use your phone in moderation for your peace of mind.
