Does pyrithione zinc cause cancer?

I've been using an anti-dandruff shampoo containing pyrithione zinc for a long time. I recently heard some concerns about chemical ingredients in cosmetics. I wanted to ask if pyrithione zinc causes cancer.

Actually I was also searching about this last week because my anti-dandruff shampoo has this ingredient. From what I read on trusted medical sites, there is no solid proof that it causes cancer when used on your skin. It is widely approved by global health bodies, so dont worry too much about it.

Honestly bro, we worry so much about these small chemical names but ignore our daily habits. Focus on eating clean, hitting the gym, and getting proper protein first. As far as pyrithione zinc goes, it's just a common dandruff fighter and absolutely fine to use.

It does not cause cancer. It is a completely standard ingredient in almost every major dandruff shampoo you buy in India. Unless you are drinking the shampoo, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Bro, my sleep schedule is so broken that insomnia will probably get me way before some random shampoo ingredient does. Honestly, pyrithione zinc is totally fine. Just wash it off properly and try to get some sleep instead of overthinking at 3 AM like me.

I always say that keeping your body active is the best way to stay healthy and stress-free. If your doctor allows, start with 30 minutes of brisk walking daily to boost your immunity. These anti-dandruff ingredients like zinc pyrithione are safe for external use and won't cause serious issues.

Beta, please don't take tension over these big English names. My son also uses a blue shampoo with this zinc thing for his itchy scalp and he is perfectly fine. Trust your doctor and don't believe everything you read on the mobile screen.

Haan na, even I got scared seeing some random video online about this. But actually my skin doc told me it is perfectly safe for scalp issues. Tension mat lo, it doesn't cause any such serious disease like cancer.
