Does prostate cancer hurt?

I've heard a lot about prostate cancer, but I'm not clear about something basic. Does prostate cancer cause physical pain, or is it often something you wouldn't feel until it's advanced? My chacha ji had it and never complained of pain.

Beta, in the beginning, prostate cancer does not hurt or show any pain at all. For such serious illnesses, do not look for home remedies, but make sure the elders in your family go for regular medical checkups.

When my uncle had prostate cancer, he didn't feel any pain in the prostate area at all during the early stages. He only complained of deep hip and lower back pain much later, which is how we found out about it.

Early stage mein toh bilkul pain nahi hota, haan na. That is why people ignore it, but if it spreads to the bones, it can cause severe pain, so getting a simple PSA test done in time is very important.

Prostate cancer is typically painless in its early stages, which makes it dangerous. For safety and peace of mind, any man over 50 experiencing changes in urination should immediately consult a urologist for screening.

It usually doesn't hurt until it is quite advanced and has spread. Staying physically active and eating a clean diet supports your general health, but regular medical checkups are what actually keep you safe from silent conditions like this.

Early prostate cancer is asymptomatic and painless. I make sure my father logs his annual health checkups on our family health app so we never miss his screening appointments, which is the only way to monitor this.

My grandfather didn't have any pain at all when his prostate cancer was diagnosed during a routine health checkup. It was a blessing we caught it early because he had zero symptoms or aches.
