I totally get it, this can be so frustrating and confusing to deal with. Sometimes watching too much can set unrealistic expectations in our minds which makes real-life performance tough. Just give yourself some time and space, it is a very common thing and can get better with a healthy lifestyle change.

Honestly I keep reading about this online and it makes me so anxious. From what I understand it is more of a mental block than a physical issue because our brains get used to too much stimulation. Definitely try to take a break from it for a few weeks to see if it helps, and try not to stress too much.

See, the simple truth is that excess of anything is bad for health. If you are watching it daily your mind gets conditioned to screen stimulation instead of real physical intimacy. Cut down the habit, focus on exercise and good food, and if things don't improve then go talk to a good urologist.

I actually panicked big time last year thinking I ruined my health permanently because of this. But once I stopped watching completely for a month, things went totally back to normal. It is just your brain getting desensitized, so don't worry, it is not a permanent damage.

While I don't have personal experience with this, as a PCOS patient I know how much hormones and stress affect our intimate health. Sometimes underlying issues like high stress or poor circulation can also cause this. It might be safer to consult a specialist doctor to rule out any physical health issues.

Actually bro, it's more about the dopamine rush you get from screens yaar. Real life is different and doesn't match that speed, so the body doesn't respond the same way. Just reduce the screen time and stay active, you will be fine.

Haan, bilkul direct link toh research me clear nahi hai, par psychological level pe asar padta hai na. Excessive consumption se real life excitement kam ho jati hai. Thoda break lekar physical fitness pe dhyan do, automatic change dikhega boss.
