Does polyps in the uterus cause pain?

I recently had an ultrasound and the doctor found some polyps in my uterus. Since then, I've been feeling dull pain in my lower abdomen. Is it possible that these polyps in the uterus are causing my pain?

Yes, they definitely can cause pain, especially severe cramping during your periods or even dull pelvic pain between cycles. My friend had uterine polyps and she used to get terrible cramps before she got them removed. It's really best to get an ultrasound done to check.

I totally get it, dealing with pelvic pain can be so exhausting and frustrating when you don't know the cause. Polyps can indeed cause discomfort and heavy bleeding. Please don't suffer in silence, make an appointment with a gynecologist who can help you feel better.

Actually, while some polyps are completely symptomless, others can cause cramping because the uterus tries to expel them, treating them like foreign tissue. My doctor explained that they can also cause spotting or heavy periods. A simple transvaginal scan can usually identify them.

Yes, they cause cramping and bleeding which can really disrupt your work routine. Don't waste time ignoring the pain or taking painkillers every month. Just schedule a quick gynecologist visit on the weekend and get a proper scan done.

Haan, uterine polyps se pain ho sakta hai, khaskar periods ke time bahut zyada cramps hote hain. Spotting bhi ho sakti hai beech mein na. Isliye doctor ko dikha kar clear kar lena hi best option hai.

My mother suggested drinking warm sesame oil to ease pelvic pain, but for uterine polyps, medical intervention is necessary. They do cause pain and irregular bleeding, so consulting a gynecologist for a proper scan is the best way to handle this safely.

Yes, polyps can cause heavy bleeding and painful cramping in the lower abdomen. While a hot water bag and warm ginger tea can help soothe the pain temporarily, you must visit a doctor to get them treated properly. Do not neglect uterine issues at any age.
