Does pile cream get rid of piles?
I've been suffering from piles for a while now, and it's quite uncomfortable. I bought some over-the-counter pile cream from the chemist. Does pile cream actually get rid of piles, or just manage the symptoms?

Bhai, cream sirf temporary aaraam deti hai khujli aur dard se, piles ko jad se khatam nahi karti. Agar problem zyada hai, toh bina sharmaye ek doctor ko dikhao, surgery ya medicine se hi permanent ilaj hoga.
