Does physical activity reduce cancer risk?

I'm very health-conscious and always looking for ways to stay healthy and reduce health risks. I've heard that physical activity is beneficial for cancer prevention. Does regular physical activity really reduce cancer risk significantly?

Haan bilkul, physical activity se body ka immune system strong rehta hai na. Jab dhoop aur taazi hawa mein thoda walk karoge, toh bimariyon ka khatra apne aap kam ho jata hai. Bas regular raho.

Indeed, gentle physical movement and daily pranayama keep the oxygen flowing to all your cells, which inhibits abnormal growths. Regular, mindful movement is a beautiful shield for the physical body.

Yes, it definitely reduces the risk by helping control inflammation and keeping hormones balanced. Don't stress too much about big workouts, just try to incorporate active walking or cycling into your daily routine. Take care of yourself.

I read about this recently because cancer is my biggest fear, and it really made me feel better. Has anyone else felt less anxious about their health after starting a proper daily workout routine?

With the astronomical costs of cancer hospitalizations and diagnostics in India, staying active is the best free preventive measure. Setting aside 30 minutes for a run saves you lakhs of rupees in the future, so plan your health early.

It definitely reduces risk, but please remember that physical activity alone is not a cure-all. I ignored persistent digestion issues thinking my active lifestyle would save me, and it turned out to be a major health crisis. If you have any unusual symptoms, go get them checked by a doctor immediately.
